1. Booking & Confirmation
Submit your travel details through our website. Final vehicle availability and fare calculations will be coordinated directly by our booking desk before a reservation is officially confirmed. A booking is considered active only after a written confirmation message is received from our side.
2. Fare Inclusions & Exclusions
Quotations depend on the route, distance, vehicle category, and duration of the trip. Standard rates exclude highway tolls, parking charges, interstate permits, and driver overnight allowances unless explicitly detailed in the final invoice. Toll and state tax payments must be paid by the customer en route or settled directly at the time of final bill payment.
3. Route Restrictions & Guidelines
The vehicle is hired for the specific route or package confirmed during reservation. Deviations or extra sightseeing drops are subject to route recalculation and extra charges. Vehicles are not permitted to go on unpaved or dangerous trails not approved by the driver.
4. Driver Rules & Shift Timings
To ensure passenger safety, drivers are restricted to standard working hours on long-distance highway routes (maximum 8-10 hours driving shift per day). Rest breaks must be coordinated with the driver, especially during night hours.
5. Disputes & Jurisdictions
All contracts, bookings, and legal disputes are governed by Indian travel regulatory guidelines and subject to the jurisdiction of local courts in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India.
